I will never forget the eerie, primal wails of desperation, I heard watching the senate vote on Judge Kavanaugh. These cries will indelibly be carved into "my hippocampus," reminding me of the women without money, influence, power or basic safety.

POWER can only begin with leveling, understanding and choosing. We can, and we will change the PARADIGM. I'd like it to start with you and me.

I was sitting there with my Mom on the couch, watching Anita Hill testify. As these brutes questioned her, we listened in shock. I was in my twenties, Mom in her forties.

In the case of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, I was again horrified, realizing nothing has really changed for women today except for the unicorns that show us the possible, yet not probable. I decided I COULD ONLY SIT BACK FOR SO LONG or . . .

I'D BEGIN TO RESENT MYSELF.
